  1. Meic

    Meic is the helpline service for children and young people up to the age of 25 in Wales.

    From finding out what’s going on in your local area to help dealing with a tricky situation, Meic will listen even when nobody else will. We won’t judge you and will help by giving you information, useful advice and the support you need to make a change.

    Contact us in Welsh or English – it’s up to you! We are open 8am to midnight, 7 days a week. You can contact us by phone, text message or online chat. Meic is confidential and you don’t have to give your name. It is a free service for everyone.

  2. Money Helper

    MoneyHelper joins up money and pensions guidance to make it quicker and easier to find the right help, MoneyHelper brings together the support and services of three government-backed financial guidance providers: the Money Advice Service, the Pensions Advisory Service and Pension Wise.

  3. National Association for People Abused in Childhood (NAPAC)

    The damage caused by child abuse doesn’t always end in childhood. NAPAC offer support to adult survivors and training for those who support them. They run support groups when there is funding to do so.

     

  4. National Self Harm Network

    NHSN support individuals who self harm to reduce emotional distress and improve their quality of life. This is an online forum that is closely monitored.

  5. Nest

    The Nest scheme offers a range of free, impartial advice and, if you are eligible, a package of free home energy efficiency improvements such as a new boiler, central heating or insulation. This can lower your energy bills and benefit your health and wellbeing.
