I have learned so much about myself. I feel like my eyes have been opened and weights have been lifted that I have been carrying for years.
I feel free to now live my life. I am no longer carrying a secret which weighed me down. I can now be honest with my wife, without carrying a secret shame and guilt.
I now recognise triggers. I can use grounding techniques. I’m better at letting others know how I’m feeling and I have different coping strategies.
