Who we work with?

Survivors

We work with survivors of sexual abuse in childhood and provide counselling, psychoeducational courses, therapeutic support and other services that help the person come to terms with their abuse and achieve recovery in their lives. Survivors must be aged 18+ and can self refer or be referred by another agency.

Family and friends of survivors

We also work on a short-term basis with family and friends of survivors to provide support and information during this difficult time. This includes information on the counselling process and how survivors may be feeling.

Perpetrators

We don’t work with Perpetrators of childhood sexual abuse, but there are other services and organisations that can provide support.

Stop it Now! is the only UK-wide charity dedicated solely to preventing child sexual abuse and provide a confidential helpline and resources.

StopSo is the Specialist Treatment Organisation for Perpetrators and Survivors of Sexual Offending, and work with those at risk of turning thought into action.
