    Al-Anon Family Groups UK & Eire is there for anyone whose life is or has been affected by someone else’s drinking. Our members provide meetings in all major towns and cities and are committed to being there for you when you need help.

  2. Alcoholics Anonymous

    Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.

     

    The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions.

  3. National Self Harm Network

    NHSN support individuals who self harm to reduce emotional distress and improve their quality of life. This is an online forum that is closely monitored.
