Young Person CounsellorI have a background in acute medical, and emergency nursing, and am now a qualified person-centred therapist, trained in many integrative methods of counselling, including transactional analysis, and cognitive behavioural therapy. The way I work is to provide a safe, confidential space for my clients to explore their issues, and feelings surrounding the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours which cause them pain, suffering, anxiety or depression, using techniques to empower them to build their own resilience, and coping skills.
